The children were absolutely fed up at this point and hungry. We had to wait in a long queue…I would’ve thought it would’ve been preplanned prior to the visit? Also the lady asked us what we would like prior to entering the room what’s the pony in that! We didn’t expect to wait in the queue for nearly 20 minutes! The guy was looking at me as to say what the heck is this? After explaining that I’ve been given it by the lady, he had to go back into the room and explain why I have gone there with a piece of paper. who thought they where going to receive a Charm bracelet, as we where told on booking! At the end of this we where given a slip with my name written on and x2 pizza. We got out in 35 minutes and where told that the prize was a 25% voucher for next visit, Try telling that to children. Children didn’t enjoy the room was extremely upsetting for us to all see the hidden disappointment. We where told this room is great for children as we had two history lovers with us.
